1 to 2 tires purchased will ship via ground delivery service
  • 3 or more tires may deliver by a ground delivery service or LTL (less than truckload) freight line and arrive on a pallet. Delivery options will be decided by our shipping department and we will use the best option to get you your product in a timely matter
  • We cannot ship to a P.O. Box 
  • A phone number is required when you place your order 
  • If you are residential, remote, or non-commercial, and the order shipped with a LTL freight line carrier they will call to schedule delivery. Please be prepared to take their call and make an appointment window time with the carrier. 
  • Signature is required to accept all deliveries with LTL carriers 
  • Customer purchasing tires that shipped LTL must provide a way to unload pallet by using a forklift or equivalent. 
  • Lift-gate service can be purchased separately if you cannot unload pallet or pallets. To purchase, see Lift-Gate Delivery Service in store categories. 
  • If you feel you cannot receive tires on a pallet please have them shipped to a business that can receive them, such as a tire shop or mechanic, farm, place of employment ect...
 
Estimated delivery time is 2-10 business days depending upon delivery location. Residential delivery or non-commercial locations shipped by LTL freight will require an appointment and will delay estimated delivery times. Please note: If you do not hear from the shipping company within 6-7 business days after order has shipped please contact us so we can track your shipment.
 
*Warning - for your safety - Tires must be installed by a certified and trained installer. Certified installers must follow instructions from tire manufacturers on correct mounting procedures (Many companies have instructions printed on label attached to face of tire, if no label is on tire contact tire manufacture for correct mounting procedures).
 
Chicago Tire cannot warranty any tire not installed by a certified and trained professional.
